Moor Walk: Emperor Moths & Green Hairstreaks
Location:
To be confirmed - dependant on test walks to select best moor
A walk amongst the Heather and Bilberry of the moors on the lookout for the wildlife of the area. We'll be using a pheromone lure to attract Emperor Moths, as well trying to spot the elusive Green Hairstreaks hiding in plain sight in the bilberry.
This walk will be around 1 - 2 miles over rocky and uneven ground. Sturdy footwear is essential.
