Tree Identification Walk In Lister Park
Location:
Meet at the Norman Arch (the north east entrance), plenty of parking along Emm Lane, BD9 4JR. What three words location: “visual.zeal.eagle”
A gentle, mostly flat, walk around Lister Park to see trees and learn how to identify them. This is a great time of year as leaves are starting to turn into their autumn colours, and there is good variety of species to see with some veteran trees.
This park is wheelchair friendly, although the north path along Emm Lane is on
a steeper slope. Walking distance will be approximately 1mile. There are no toilets at
the park (although there are in the museum, if open).
This free event is outdoors and subject to weather conditions. Please check the event information on our Facebook page for updates prior to attending and dress appropriately for the weather.
The event is organised by Bradford Urban Wildlife Group who cannot be responsible for children. Under 18s must be supervised by an adult.
