Where is it?

Northcliffe is a wooded valley in north Bradford

The main entrance is on the A650 Bradford Road, near the junction with Otley Road.

What else is there?

  • fenced in play area
  • bowling green
  • tennis courts
  • sports pitch
  • formal gardens
  • miniature railway
  • remains of old coal workings
  • in winter, a popular sledging slope

Most of the park is mixed deciduous woodland, covering the valley, its sides, and ground either side. Some land has been given over to meadows.

Near the allotments at the top of the park there is a screened bird-feeding area.
